I want to eat buttered popcorn and read artist confessions all day. So many beautiful moments.

Even if you don’t think vaccines and autism are related … these are some staggering numbers!

YES THESE NUMBERS ARE STAGGERING I WOULD ALSO POSIT THAT HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THESE IMAGES AND TEXT ALSO

Sorry for this personal here, but as someone with autism, it really fucking bugs me whenever these unscientific conspiracy theories are pulled out off the asses of people.
We’re already being demonised or blamed for the Newtown Massacre (and other societal tragedies and ills), it just sickens me whenever I see this distrust and misinformation spread around regarding the subject of autism.
Please, do a little research and you’ll discover yourself how these statistics supposedly add up or have any shape or form of a connection with one another. As these brilliant mock-statistics show, it’s ludicrous and nothing more but fear mongering.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have an appointment with our reptilian Illuminati overlords to bring about the end of your Freedom & Liberty™.

Agreed! Autism isn’t a disease or an illness, so there isn’t some magical catalyst that somehow just makes everyone magically autistic.  Plus there are so many different types of autism, generalizing them all as the result of some vaccine thing is just incredibly ignorant and insulting. (also: Why is there a guy with a boombox in the background of that picture??? Why did someone go to all that effort to add in such a confusing detail? I’m really bothered by that.)

Way back in 1919, in their July 14th issue, Scientific American published an article on the discovery that trees can act “as nature’s own wireless towers and antenna combined.”

The guy on the left is really into it. Yeah, tree, that’s so true. So much timeless wisdom is coming from that tree. I really like this picture, because what hell.
